Job summary

2Source4 B.V in Utrecht is seeking a SharePoint and Teams Consultant to design and develop SharePoint solutions, lead projects, and translate requirements into technology. You will implement SharePoint functionalities and act as an advisor on Microsoft 365 deployments while guiding clients through migrations.

As a consultant you will train end users, surface customer needs, and collaborate on delivering hybrid work solutions with a strong emphasis on collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with SharePoint Online migrations and implementations is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Teams recommended.
• Good communication skills to surface customer needs.
• Certifications such as MS-700 or MS-100 are a plus.

In fact, we are looking for a SharePoint and Teams Consultant to join our team. You will be working on developing and designing SharePoint solutions. In addition, you will be independently responsible for leading projects. You are the translator of requirements to technology.

Function

• You identify end-user and organisational requirements;
• You translate to technology;
• You will implement SharePoint functionalities;
• You are an advisor and sparring partner;
• You provide training to end users where necessary.

What we like to see (but certainly not a requirement)

• You have experience with SharePoint Online migrations and implementations;
• You are an experienced consultant on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online;
• You have knowledge and experience with Microsoft Teams or are willing to learn;
• You are communicatively strong and know how to bring customer needs to the surface;
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-700 or MS-100 are a plus.
