Job summary

Wlgroup is seeking a hands-on SharePoint and Power Platform specialist to administer, design and optimize our information systems. The role focuses on end-to-end, personal delivery of Microsoft 365/Power Platform solutions, with hands-on work in SharePoint administration and information architecture.

This position relocates to the United States with NATO-5 visa support. You will implement secure information structures, build Power Apps, automate workflows, and integrate with enterprise data

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Recent end-to-end delivery of Microsoft 365 or Power Platform solutions personally.
• At least 12 months in the last 24 delivering hands-on work.
• At least two of the last five years in SharePoint administration and information architecture with hands-on work in the last two.
• Experience with permissions and access controls, plus information architecture or metadata design.
• At least one example in the last two years of a SharePoint environment you were responsible for.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure and improve SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, views, permissions and navigation.
• Design information structures for findability and access control.
• Build and maintain Power Apps applications to replace manual forms and spreadsheets.
• Create Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, routing and data synchronisation.
• Integrate SharePoint, Lists, Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse into solutions.
• Configure forms, business rules, validation, workflow states and role-based access.
• Interface with approved data sources and enterprise applications via connectors.
• Support digitisation across approved environments, including classified ones.
• Troubleshoot to root cause within delegated authority and fix issues.
• Run user testing and iterate based on feedback.
• Document configurations, application logic, data structures, permissions and dependencies.
