Job summary

A rapidly growing retail company in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize their ServiceNow platform. You will ensure alignment with business objectives while driving continuous improvement for customer experience. Candidates should have over 7 years of IT experience, including 4 years in ServiceNow architecture and development, along with strong stakeholder management skills. Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years of ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
• Extensive experience across multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM and CMDB.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations with 3rd-party systems (e.g., Azure AD, Jira, SCCM, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the ServiceNow platform fit for use and purpose.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
• Develop and maintain architectural diagrams, integration mappings, and platform roadmaps.
• Design and oversee the implementation of ServiceNow and safeguard overall architecture.
• Develop and maintain diagrams, mappings, roadmaps and enforce standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to teammates.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities
• Collaborate with ServiceNow Product Owner, Domain Architect and business process owners to identify and implement process improvements
• Design and oversee the implementation of ServiceNow
• Safeguard the overall ServiceNow Architecture
• Develop and maintain architectural diagrams, integration mappings, and platform roadmaps and enforce standards
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring your team mates.
