Job summary

ILPRA S.p.A. is seeking a Service Technician at our Barneveld site. You will install, test, and maintain ILPRA packaging machinery at customer sites across the Benelux region, and provide on-site technical support.

You will also interface with the headquarters in Italy for product improvements. A Category B driving licence and good command of English are required to communicate with clients and the Italian team.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma (MBO 3) in mechatronics, electrical engineering or mechanics.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
• Knowledge of PLCs.
• Strong problem-solving and results-oriented mindset.
• Category B driving licence.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and maintain ILPRA machinery at customer sites in the Benelux region.
• Provide technical support and interface with the ILPRA headquarters in Italy for product improvements.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure smooth operation and service quality.

The role will involve installation, testing, maintenance, and technical support on ILPRA machinery at customer sites throughout the Benelux market, while also interfacing with the headquarters in Italy for product improvement activities.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in the sector and interest in packaging machinery.
• Technical diploma (Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering and/or Mechanics) - minimum level MBO 3.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
• Knowledge of PLCs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset.
• Category B driving licence.
• Good command of English (necessary for interactions with the Italian headquarters).

Expected gross annual salary (RAL): €40,000-€50,000, commensurate with the candidate’s experience and skills.
