Job summary

Gibas Automation, a specialist in CNC machines, tooling, robotics, and automation, seeks a Service & Support Manager to lead the team, structure processes, and elevate service delivery. You will guide daily operations, coordinate with customers and engineering, and drive improvements for faster, professional issue resolution.

You will manage a service-focused team, monitor SLA performance, and pursue growth opportunities within our expanding company. A strong leadership track record is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience or clear ambition to take that step.
• Experience in a service/support environment within machine construction or industrial automation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate between customers, engineers, and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Service & Support team in daily operations and develop the department.
• Coordinate with customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
• Guide prioritization, planning, and development of the team.
• Monitor response times, quality, and customer satisfaction (SLA adherence).
• Handle escalations for complex outages and ensure proper feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management to address root causes and drive improvements.
