Job summary

BenQ Europe is offering a Service Administration Intern role in Eindhoven to support daily service operations, data accuracy, logistics coordination, and stock management. You will work closely with the Service team and stakeholders in a global service environment.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field, with strong English, organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel. Start ASAP or February, full-time on site.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English; proactive communicator.
• Experience with Excel or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
• Available to start ASAP or February.

Responsibilities

• Support daily service administration activities and manage service cases in internal systems.
• Coordinate logistics for repairs, returns, shipments, and spare parts.
• Verify data accuracy and maintain reliable reports and dashboards.
• Monitor Turnaround Time (TAT) and help identify bottlenecks and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Service, Logistics, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Maintain stock records and flag discrepancies for replenishment.
