Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking a talented professional for the Operations Excellence Program (OEP) across European client engagements. You will contribute to problem solving, develop advanced consulting and operational capabilities, and gain exposure to diverse industries through structured coaching and a formal capability-building curriculum.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with exceptional academic performance.
• Initial experience or strong interest in AI-powered service innovation, including digital solutions and Generative AI.
• Proven leadership experience in work or extracurricular activities.
• Mobility and enthusiasm for European assignments.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex ideas in English and the local office language.

Responsibilities

• Work on client engagements in the Operations Excellence Program (OEP).
• Identify issues, form hypotheses, design analyses, and synthesize recommendations.
• Gain leading operations and consultancy skills through coaching and structured programs.
• Follow a curriculum in six operations areas: manufacturing, product development, purchasing, service operations, supply chain, capital excellence.
• Join a global group of experts after completing the program.
