You will diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance and contribute to improvements in system reliability while documenting findings and learning through exposure to advanced automation technology.
Complex automation systems. Technical challenges every day. A role where your mechanical skills really matter.
Are you the mechanic who wants to understand the problem?
When an automated system stops, you don't just replace a component and move on.
You investigate. You listen. You inspect. You test. You find out what is really causing the problem and make sure the system gets back into operation safely and reliably.
If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with automation and solving technical problems on-site, we want to meet you.
You will work on a large industrial site with a wide variety of automated systems, machinery and technical installations.
As a Service Mechanic, you will be responsible for keeping automated equipment operational and supporting the resolution of technical issues.
You will work closely with other mechanics, technicians, engineers and operators. Because of the variety of systems and equipment, you will face new technical challenges on a regular basis.
Your main focus will be service, troubleshooting and maintenance of automated machinery and installations.
Your responsibilities include:
You don't simply fix what is broken.
You want to understand why it broke in the first place.
You have a strong mechanical background and enjoy working with automated machinery.
You are:
Experience in industrial maintenance, machine building, logistics automation, manufacturing, automotive, mechatronics or technical service is an advantage.
You don't have to be an automation specialist already.
We are looking for someone with strong mechanical skills who wants to grow further into automation.
Because this is more than just maintenance.
You will work with automated machinery, mechanical systems and modern industrial technology, solving problems that require both practical skills and technical thinking.
One day you may be troubleshooting a conveyor system. The next, you could be investigating a gearbox failure, replacing mechanical components or working together with an automation technician to identify the cause of a system fault.
If you are a mechanic who wants to move further into automation and technical service, this is an opportunity to develop your skills while working with complex machinery.
