Job summary

Bleckmann Solutions B.V. is seeking a Service Delivery Employee to maintain relationships with customers and carriers, ensuring compliance with SLAs. You will identify bottlenecks, provide improvement advice, and support the Administration department across Inbound, Outbound, and Returns.

The role requires accuracy, independence, and the ability to work under pressure. You will handle daily communications with customers and Operations, monitor WMS activities, and manage inbound/outbound goods

Qualifications

• Higher professional education (HBO) level in Transport/Logistics or related field is preferred.
• Recent experience in a similar position is an advantage.
• Knowledge of international road transport, customs regulations, and import/export processes is important.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good command of English, especially with English-speaking customers.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of a Transport Management System (TMS) such as Transparix or Bluerock is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Preparing reports on transport SLA performance and translating results into actions to prevent issues and improve processes.
• Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting and coordinating Administration department activities including Inbound, Outbound and Returns.
• Maintaining daily communication with customers and Operations.
• Monitoring daily administrative activities using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Planning inbound and outbound goods flows and ensuring accurate administration of all goods including customs documents.

Tasks and Responsibilities

As a Service Delivery Employee, you maintain relationships with customers and carriers and ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You identify and analyse bottlenecks and provide advice on possible solutions and process improvements. We are looking for an ambitious new colleague who, in addition to this role, is willing to support and coordinate our Administration department, including Inbound, Outbound and Returns activities. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing reports on transport SLA performance and translating the results into actions to prevent issues and improve processes
• Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
• Taking action in case of issues such as failed deliveries, damages and claims, while providing appropriate advice
• Managing daily communication with customers and Operations
• Monitoring daily administrative activities using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Responsible for planning inbound and outbound goods flows
• Ensuring accurate administration of all incoming and outgoing goods, including customs documentation.

Profile

• Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking, preferably with a degree in Transport, Logistics or a related field
• Recent experience in a similar position is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of international road transport, logistics, customs regulations, and import and export processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good command of English, preferably with experience working with English-speaking customers
• Good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and Warehouse Management Systems
• Knowledge of a Transport Management System (TMS), such as Transparix or Bluerock, is considered an advantage
