Job summary

Lely Holding is seeking a data analyst to turn service and operational data into clear insights. You’ll guide the TSS Milking team on dashboards, reports, and analyses to support better daily decisions.

You’ll work with technicians and service teams to understand questions and translate them into actionable insights. You will improve data quality and availability while collaborating with data specialists and engineers.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar business-focused role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to uncover patterns and root causes.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI and solid SQL skills.
• The ability to clearly communicate insights and influence decisions across teams.
• Comfort working with data that includes human input and is not always fully structured.
• An interest in working closely with operational or service teams.

Responsibilities

• Own service dashboards within the TSS Milking team and ensure they reflect reality and are used.

Every day, more than 2,000 technicians around the world rely on our systems to support dairy farmers. Behind every support ticket, question, or release, there is data that helps us understand what is really happening in the field. You make sure that insight leads to better decisions.

This role helps take our service support organization to the next level through better use of data. You help the TSS Milking team make more informed decisions by turning service data into clear insights and practical recommendations.

You are the person colleagues turn to when they want to understand what the data is telling them. You advise team members on how to use dashboards, reports, and analyses to their advantage, helping them make better decisions in their daily work.

Alongside your analytical work, you contribute to improving the quality and availability of our data. You work closely with data specialists, engineers, and service teams to strengthen our data sources, ensuring the team can rely on accurate information and gain valuable insights from it.

Key responsibilities include:

• You work withinthe TSS Milking team and help them make better decisions using data in their daily work.
• You take ownership of service dashboards and ensure they reflect reality and are actively used by the team.
• You analyze data such as support tickets and release data toidentifypatterns, anomalies, and underlying causes.
• You combine quantitative data with input from technicians and service teams to build a complete picture.
• You sit with colleagues to understand their questions and help translate them into meaningful insights.
• You turn insights into concrete improvements and support the team in applying them in their daily work.
• You work with data specialists and engineers to improve data quality and availability where needed.

You have a strong drive to improve and know how to bring others along with your ideas, recommendations, and way of thinking. By combining analytical skills with clear communication, you make sure your insights lead to action and lasting improvements.

Additionally, you bring:
