Job summary

FPS Food Process Solutions Corporation is seeking a dedicated administrator to coordinate after-market service projects from initiation to completion. You will budget costs, schedule service visits, track progress, and ensure timely submission of documentation.

You will act as the main contact for customers, collaborate with the service team to finalize documents, maintain records, and provide day-to-day support across internal teams. Occasional travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• A MBO 4 degree or higher or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Strong computing skills, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proven project management abilities—organized, goal-oriented, detail-focused, and able to handle shifting priorities with a sense of urgency
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision while staying collaborative within a close-knit team
• Excellent time management and task prioritization skills, with the ability to align tasks to business goals and deadlines
• Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in verbal and written English is required
• Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites as needed
