Supermicro in the Netherlands seeks a motivated Production Supervisor to optimize production processes in the electronics/high-tech sector. The role focuses on troubleshooting equipment issues and driving operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The candidate will lead assembly, testing, and quality control, manage production planning and manpower, and ensure efficient processes. Fluency in English and willingness to work swing shifts are required.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of relative working experience in electronic/high-tech or computer industry preferred.
• Experience with mechanical assembly and quality standards.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness.
• Ability to comprehend spoken and written English.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends depending on business demands.
• Swing shift between 14:30 to 22:30.
• Solid understanding of computer system assembly is plus.
• Lean management knowledge is plus.

Responsabilidades

• Leading assembly, testing, material/quality control, kitting, packing/unpacking.
• Responsible for effective production management including material logistics, production planning, manpower controls.
• Ensure and maintain highly efficient production process and quality standards.
• Identify efficiency issues and suggest improvements.
• Train and coach new workers to perform their tasks.
• Maintain and develop production objectives for OEM customers and other production line duties.

Job Summary:

This role focuses on optimizing production processes, troubleshooting equipment issues, and driving operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leading assembly, testing, material/quality control, kitting, packing/unpacking.
• Responsible for effective production management overall production operations including: material logistics, production planning, manpower controls.
• To ensure and maintain highly efficient production process and quality standard to perform daily duties and demand.
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Train and coach new workers to perform their work.
• Maintain and develop the production objective for OEM customers and other production line duties.

Qualifications:

• High School degree, college degree preferred with minimum 5+ years of relative working experience in electronic/high-tech or computer industry preferred
• Experience with mechanical assembly and quality standards
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) knowledge
• Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness
• Ability to comprehend spoken and written English
• Ability to work overtime and weekends depending on business demands
• Detitates only to work within the swing shift between (14:30 to 22:30)
• Able to perform well under pressure
• Solid understanding of computer system assembly is plus
• Lean management knowledge is plus
