Job summary

Supermicro is looking for a Product Engineer to enable European pre-sales and post-sales system solutions. The role focuses on standard server configurations and OEM customization, working with Sales/FAE, Lab, and RMA teams.

Located in our European office in ’s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands. The successful candidate will manage customer requirements and lifecycle, ensuring smooth production and delivery while coordinating across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
• 3+ years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, manufacturing preferred.
• Interest in IT products & technology and strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail, self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively.
• Fluency in English; Dutch at B2 level or higher; additional languages a plus.
• Expert user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales/FAE for standard server and OEM configurations.
• Define customer requirements and drive localized product life cycles.
• Assist with product configuration and validation of orders.
• Lead cross-functional teams for post-sales support including RMA and ECOs.
• Provide documentation and technical know-how for production lines.
