WPP Enterprise Solutions ищет старшего специалиста по техническому SEO для разработки и внедрения решений на крупных международных сайтах. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Проводить углублённые технические SEO аудиты для крупных сайтов и международных доменов.
• Анализировать обход, индексацию и рендеринг для выявления причин проблем.
• Работать с современными JS-фреймворками и архитектурами рендеринга SSR/CSR/SSG.
• Изучать HTML, JavaScript, HTTP-запросы, заголовки ответов, коды статуса, редиректы, каноникализацию и robots directives.
• Расследовать и оптимизировать архитектуру обхода, внутреннюю перелинковку и IA для сайтов с сотнями тысяч URL.
• Консультировать по миграциям, ребейпингу URL, hreflang.
• Писать скрипты и инструменты для ускорения анализа.

Its SEO and GEO team in Amsterdam works with national and international organisations on complex challenges across search, websites, digital platforms, and AI-driven discovery.

• Conduct advanced technical SEO audits for large and complex websites, platforms, and international domain structures;
• Analyse crawling, indexing, and rendering to identify the root causes of technical SEO and indexation issues;
• Work with modern JavaScript frameworks and rendering architectures, including SSR, CSR, SSG, and hybrid rendering;
• Analyse HTML, JavaScript, HTTP requests, response headers, status codes, redirects, canonicalisation, and robots directives;
• Investigate and optimise crawl architecture, internal linking, and information architecture for websites with hundreds of thousands or millions of URLs;
• Advise on technical challenges involving migrations, replatforming, URL structures, faceted navigation, pagination, internationalisation, and hreflang;
• Perform log file analysis to understand how Googlebot and other crawlers interact with websites and improve crawl efficiency;
• Develop scripts, tooling, and automation to make recurring analyses faster, more reliable, and more scalable;
• Review technical solutions, specifications, and implementations from an SEO perspective before they go live;
• Work with developers and engineering teams to translate SEO recommendations into clear technical requirements and tickets;
• Proactively improve workflows using tooling and AI to increase efficiency, quality, and impact;
• Improve SEO guidelines, workflows, and processes;
• Develop solutions to complex SEO challenges, including algorithm changes, large-scale site architecture, crawling, and automation;
• Build frameworks, templates, scripts, and automations that can be adopted across multiple clients and projects;
• Independently develop approaches for challenges without standard solutions;
• Consider how solutions can be implemented technically and organisationally at scale;
• Help other SEO specialists develop their technical capabilities;
• Act as a senior technical sparring partner for clients.

Требования

• 10+ Years of experience in Technical SEO, with a strong track record of solving complex technical SEO challenges for large-scale, international and/or enterprise websites;
• Currently based in the Netherlands and able to work from the WPP office in Amsterdam;
• Deep knowledge of how modern websites are built, crawled, rendered, and indexed, including HTML, JavaScript, HTTP, web architecture, and rendering technologies;
• Strong experience with large and complex website architectures, crawling and indexation, faceted navigation, internationalisation, migrations, internal linking, and crawl budget optimisation;
• Comfortable reading code, manipulating data, working with APIs, and building scripts or technical solutions when needed;
• Able to turn complex technical findings into actionable recommendations for developers, product teams, architects, and senior stakeholders;
• Experience developing scalable frameworks, tooling, templates, or automations for multiple clients or projects;
• Proactive mindset and strong interest in AI, automation, emerging search technologies, and GEO;
• Fluent in English;
• Nice to have: Python and/or JavaScript scripting and automation, SQL, BigQuery or comparable data environments, Dutch.
