Job summary

flatexDEGIRO Group is seeking an SEO/GEO Analyst to boost organic visibility across markets through data-driven content optimisation, keyword research and AI-driven search enhancements. You will work within the marketing team to improve performance across traditional search engines, AI Overviews and large language models.

The role requires 2–3 years in SEO, strong German/English, and experience with frontend content, tools, and international markets.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on SEO/digital content optimisation experience.
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals: keyword research, search intent, on-page and basic technical SEO.
• Experience creating, reviewing and optimising content for organic search.
• Experience with translated/localised content across markets.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog and Semrush.
• Ability to analyse performance data and translate findings into recommendations.
• Familiar with AI-powered search developments (AI Overviews, answer engines, LLMs).
• Experience using AI-powered tools for research, content analysis or workflow improvement.
• Good project management and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written/spoken German and English.
• Experience in finance, investing, brokerage or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to SEO/GEO projects across content production, link building and Digital PR.
• Monitor visibility across search engines, AI Overviews and major LLMs.
• Optimise content for traditional search, answer engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.
• Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Translate, review and improve German-language content for accuracy and tone.
• Use SEO tools to analyse performance and inform recommendations.
