Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead sensory and consumer research programs that generate actionable insights across the product development lifecycle.
• Design, execute, and interpret sensory and consumer studies to understand relationships between consumers and products.
• Translate complex findings into clear recommendations guiding product design and business decisions.
• Partner with R&D, Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Commercial teams to embed learnings in development strategies.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen product claims and validate them through consumer testing.
• Collaborate with external research agencies and leverage new methodologies and tools to deepen understanding.
• Provide expertise in research design, data analysis, and statistical approaches in sensory and consumer science.
