Job summary

PwC Nederland in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Consultant Workiva to help clients transform reporting capabilities and governance. You will work with finance, reporting, sustainability and technology stakeholders to design and implement solutions that improve reporting quality, efficiency and control.

You will also help grow the Workiva proposition through knowledge sharing, sales support and coaching junior team members. The role offers hybrid working and extensive training.

Qualifications

• A completed university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Management, Economics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, sustainability reporting, finance transformation, reporting technology or consulting.
• Experience with Workiva is strongly preferred; experience with other reporting and disclosure management platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, ESG reporting, internal controls or regulatory compliance, and experience gathering business requirements and supporting technology implementations.
• Affinity with technology, digitalization and information management, including an interest in applying AI in your day-to-day work.
• Strong communication, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to create impactful presentations, reports and client deliverables.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivering disclosure management, ESG or GRC implementation and optimization projects across financial reporting, sustainability reporting and governance use cases.
• Translating reporting, disclosure and compliance requirements into effective systems like Workiva, and facilitating workshops to identify business requirements and design future-state reporting processes.
• Configuring and supporting solutions in collaboration with client teams and alliance partners.
• Advising clients on reporting process optimization, governance and controls, and supporting annual reporting, ESG reporting, internal controls and regulatory compliance projects.
• Helping grow the Workiva proposition through knowledge development, sales support and alliance collaboration, and coaching junior team members.
