Job summary

PwC Nederland is seeking a reporting specialist in our National Office to support corporate reporting services across Dutch GAAP and IFRS, working with the Netherlands team and PwC's global network.

The role emphasizes solving complex accounting questions, developing guidance, and training colleagues and clients. We value 5+ years in auditing or accounting, a postgraduate RA, fluency in Dutch and/or English, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a business administration or economics degree.
• Postgraduate RA accreditation is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant audit/accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients and colleagues with complex accounting issues under Dutch GAAP and IFRS.
• Develop tools to simplify significant accounting judgement and analysis.
• Enhance financial statement quality with pre-issuance reviews of key issues.
• Support teams on reporting matters and during workshops in audit proposals.
• Engage with PwC corporate reporting specialists globally.
• Develop new guidance in corporate reporting.
• Create training to upskill colleagues and clients on corporate reporting topics.
• Create or update audit work programmes to assist audit teams.
