Job summary

Infosys Consulting in the Netherlands seeks a Workforce Transformation practice Consultant at Senior Consultant & Principal levels to lead large-scale IT-enabled change programmes from Amsterdam. You will drive transformation, set adoption criteria, and engage with client stakeholders across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering organisational change management on IT-enabled transformations.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and deliverables.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage transformation and digital adoption for large programmes.
• Set and manage change adoption criteria to achieve outcomes.
• Be the point of contact for communications, engagement, and training.
• Build relationships with client managers and contribute to BD proposals.
• Lead workstreams or country deployments within a transformation team.
