EY seeks a Senior Consultant in Organization & Workforce Transformation in Amsterdam to join our People Consulting team. You will help design lean, agile, customer-focused organizations and lead workstreams across planning and implementation with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• A relevant master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, HR, or similar.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in industry or consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of organizational transformation, restructuring, design, HR and Talent Management.
• Willingness to contribute to growth of this competence area and related HR transformations.
• Strategic mindset translating business challenges into people-centered solutions.
• Fluent oral and written Dutch and English communication.
• Team player able to integrate into new teams quickly.
• Experience managing stakeholders and client relationships in dynamic environments.
• Resilience under pressure and ability to analyze problems for practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Building organizational models aligned to strategic goals.
• Guiding clients through people-centered design and operating model transformations.
• Improve workforce setup with optimal infrastructure, capabilities and resources.
• Experience with offshoring and relocation through process and governance optimization.
• Drive people-led transformations in operating models and restructurings.
• Lead project workstreams from planning through implementation with clients and teams.
• Prepare and facilitate client workshops focusing on engagement, vision and leadership alignment.
