Meyer Talent Acquisition is seeking a Senior UX Designer (m/f/d) for Zaltbommel or Vienna. You will own UX across major product areas in a geospatial, professional-grade application used by government and enterprise clients.

Join a cross-functional team, lead UX from discovery to delivery, and embed AI to accelerate research, ideation, and documentation. Hybrid role with 2 office days.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years designing complex web apps for professional users.
• Strong interaction design & information architecture; simplify complex systems into fast workflows.
• Solid research practice; plan, run, and apply user research.
• Experience with mapping interfaces, spatial data, imagery viewers, or GIS workflows.
• Uses AI daily to accelerate design, exploration, and documentation.
• Portfolio demonstrating real-world impact from problem framing to shipped outcomes.
• Hybrid role with 2 office days in Zaltbommel or Vienna.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive UX outcomes across major product areas.
• Improve map-to-imagery navigation for spatial grounding.
• Build high-frequency review workflows (corridor/playlist reviews).
• Create precise measurement experiences within imagery context.
• Own end-to-end UX across product areas.
• Translate complex spatial workflows into fast, intuitive UX.
• Identify and reduce UX debt to improve consistency.
• Plan, run, and apply user research; integrate insights.
• Partner with Product and Engineering for discovery and validation.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize UX impact.
• Deliver high-quality flows, prototypes and UI with engineers.
• Leverage AI to accelerate design, exploration, and documentation.
• Design AI-assisted experiences that are transparent and controllable.
