Job summary

PVH Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Trim & Packaging Developer to own end-to-end development of trim and packaging materials, from concept to final approval. You will translate design direction into scalable, compliant, commercially viable solutions within the nominated supplier matrix.

The role requires in-depth materials knowledge, strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to manage complex developments across brand teams. Fluent English and PLM/Power BI experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in materials, textiles, product development, engineering, fashion, supply chain or related field. You have 4+ years of relevant experience in trim, packaging or product development.
Proven experience managing material developments end-to-end from concept to final approval.
In-depth knowledge of trim and packaging materials and manufacturing processes.
Strong project and stakeholder-management capabilities, with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end development and implementation of seasonal and core trim and packaging materials from concept through final approval.
Translate design direction into technically feasible, scalable material solutions balancing brand identity and costs.
Maintain material toolboxes and support innovation and brand consistency.
Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Sourcing, Quality and suppliers to deliver successful developments.
