Job summary

Adyen in Amsterdam is seeking a PM at the heart of the FX and cash management platform to shape its vision, strategy and execution. You will own the roadmap and lead cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, Treasury, Finance and Commercial teams to build a scalable, reliable platform used across the company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building high-scale platforms in fast growing tech or fintech environments.
• 2+ years of experience in FX and/or cash management is a must.

Job description

• This is a high impact role based in Amsterdam and part of the FX and Cash Management team
• In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a reliable FX trading platform, enabling the whole company to use your services
• You will also be responsible for creating the vision, strategy and implementation of the cash management tooling, working closely with the Treasury department but also with our merchants to identify their needs
• Set strategy and roadmap for the FX and cash management team
• Lead execution working closely with the Engineering, Product, Treasury, Finance and Commercial teams, to deliver a cohesive FX platform that scales globally without compromising reliability or trust
• Establish governance for FX across multiple teams and departments, defining success and operational metrics, driving alignment across Adyen
• Build a first-in-class Treasury Management System that serves both the needs of our customers and our internal teams
• What Success Looks Like:
• Within the first 6-12 months, you will have:
• Established a clear vision, strategy and goals for the FX and cash management team
• Identified key customer and operational pain points helping shape the product roadmap
• Build a well oiled product development team that can execute on the roadmap
