Job summary

Rover.com is seeking a Technical Program Manager focused on Partnerships and Integrations to join our global team. You will drive complex brand integrations, coordinate technical migrations, and align engineering, product, and business across Barcelona and Seattle.

You will push AI-enabled workflows, manage dependency chains, and write scalable playbooks to improve future programs. This role thrives in ambiguity and requires strong collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years driving complex, cross-functional technical programs, ideally at a marketplace, consumer tech, or SaaS company.
• Experience leading system integrations and technical migrations: API dependencies, data integrity, identity and authentication, and cutover planning.
• Strong program management instincts: can stand up a plan, manage status, and keep things on track without bureaucracy.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation and execution strategy for one or more branded or data integration programs.
• Drive plan delivery across technical migration, product alignment, and go-live, ensuring outcomes are realized.
• Lead the technical integration alongside engineering: API dependencies, data integrity, identity and authentication, and cutover planning.
• Build and maintain artifacts: charters, project plans, dependency maps, risk registers, and executive-facing status communications.
• Define and report KPIs to track program health and surface risk early.
• Own go-live readiness and provide clarity to executives when risks arise.
• Be the connective tissue between Barcelona and Seattle teams and contribute to Rover's integration playbook.
