Job summary

GEA Group in Den Bosch is seeking a Technical Trainer to design and deliver technical training on heating and refrigeration technologies for internal staff and customers.

You will create structured plans, develop materials, and conduct on-site and online sessions, with a focus on practical hands-on learning and continual program improvement. Fluent English is required; Dutch is a plus; travel may be expected.

Qualifications

• Completed technical degree or technical vocational training with knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems.
• Several years in an industrial environment with hands-on training experience.
• Proficient in modern training methods and digital learning tools.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint; experience with e-learning systems is desirable.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language is an advantage.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed training plans and agendas for structured learning.
• Define course content, objectives, audiences, prerequisites, and assessments.
• Develop training materials including presentations and workbooks.
• Deliver live trainings in classroom, webinars, video sessions, and workshops.
• Organize on-site training sessions and hands-on exercises.
• Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
