Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering highly complex programs
• Experience managing enterprise software deployments or large-scale programs
• Mastery of PMP/PRINCE2/SCRUM methodologies
• Experience with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and product
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• JSON configurations and coding experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-grade product deployments end-to-end
• Oversee milestones, resources, scope, timelines, and risks
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and on-time delivery
• Ensure documentation supports customer acceptance for revenue recognition
• Support pre- and post-sales deployment activities
• Maintain regular communication across teams and customers
• Navigate high-pressure situations to maintain customer confidence
• Identify and remove deployment obstacles through creative problem-solving
• Own relationships with third-party integrators and clients
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams
• Align change requests with feasibility and roadmap
• Drive process improvements for faster, higher-quality deployments
• Contribute to SOPs and implementation playbooks
• Report to the Director, Professional Services, EMEA
• Occasional travel up to 40% across DACH, Benelux, Nordics, and beyond
