Job summary

Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, robotics, or industrial automation.
- Experience in technical project coordination or managing engineers.
- Fluent in English and Dutch; German is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate engineering projects from concept to delivery.
- Monitor deadlines, priorities, and engineering capacity.
- Manage project planning in detail and report to management.
- Guide engineers during projects and support them in technical decisions.
