Job summary
Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. seeks a Technical Business Analyst with a data focus to join the Business Analysis & Data Solutions team in Baarn.
Will own the path from business questions to reports on the real estate data platform built in Microsoft Fabric, shaping the medallion architecture and semantic model. You will translate requests into clear requirements, prioritize work, and work with Data Engineers and Power BI experts across Cerberus Europe.
Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst or similar data-focused role.
- Strong SQL skills and Power BI experience.
- Solid data modelling knowledge including star schema design.
- Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own requirements and data mapping end to end: from source systems to the final Power BI report.
- Translate business requests into functional and technical specs; manage backlog in Azure DevOps.
- Leverage AI tools (Copilot, Fabric) to accelerate requirements, SQL, and validation.
- Lead user acceptance testing and sign-off with finance, accounting and asset management stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Power BI specialists across Cerberus Europe.
