Qualifikationen

• 3 to 7 years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst or in a similar data‑focused role.
• Strong SQL skills for data exploration, validation and reconciliation.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI; understanding of DAX measures welcomed.
• Solid data modelling knowledge, including star schema design.
• Proven ability to translate finance or real estate processes into clear data requirements.
• Hands‑on AI experience in daily work and eagerness to adopt new AI capabilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English; Dutch is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Own requirements and data mapping end to end from source systems to reports.
• Translate requests into functional specifications and manage backlog in Azure DevOps.
• Apply Copilot and AI tools to accelerate SQL, data validation, documentation and testing.
• Validate data with SQL and Fabric, reconciling migrated reports with legacy outputs.
• Document KPI definitions and the data dictionary for clear interpretation of numbers.
• Monitor master data quality and run sanity checks on new data sources.
• Lead user acceptance testing and coordinate release sign‑off with stakeholders.
