iiyama, a Japanese display brand with HQ in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to support the UK & Benelux market. You will be the technical expert for complex support cases, collaborating with colleagues, customers and service partners.

The role requires 2nd/3rd line experience, strong hardware and software troubleshooting, and fluent Dutch and English. Hybrid work is available with occasional days on site at Hoofddorp.

Formación

• Experience in technical support or service roles at 2nd/3rd level.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Independent, proactive and solution‑oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills for complex customer issues.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Willing to work from Hoofddorp office; hybrid option available.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 2nd/3rd level technical support to internal staff, service partners, and customers.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for iiyama products.
• Support service partners and coordinate availability of service parts.
• Investigate complex issues and share findings to improve product quality.
• Contact customers directly for escalated issues.
• Assist in handling customer complaints when escalation is required.
