Job summary

McKinsey & Company in Europe seeks a senior professional to join the Client Service Risk (CSR) function within Global Technology Risk. You will lead cross-functional change programs to raise awareness, embed behavioral change, and protect the firm while delivering technology solutions for clients.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in managing complex risk and/or change or transformation programs.
Proven track record in risk management and change strategy with stakeholders.
Ability to lead multiple projects and engage with senior leaders.
Clear and effective communicator with audience-tailored messaging.
Experience coaching and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

Lead change programs and embed behavioral and cultural change.
Shape and implement risk and technology strategies for firm and clients.
Drive cross-functional programs spanning design, process redesign, communications, learning and measurement.
Coach colleagues to achieve development goals and project outcomes.
Partner with Risk, Technology, and other functions to ensure compliant delivery.
