Job summary

EPAM Systems in Amsterdam, Netherlands seeks a Senior Technology Consultant (CPG) to guide digital transformation and architecture across global sites. You will translate goals into target-state designs and roadmaps, and advise on rollouts to modernize core systems.

The role requires leading workshops, shaping integration strategies, and engaging C-level stakeholders while leveraging ERP modernization and iPaaS solutions in complex, multi-country landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technology discipline.
• Extensive experience in technology consulting or architecture roles within multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong domain knowledge in Consumer Packaged Goods and/or Retail sectors.
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead definition of digital transformation strategies converting business vision and KPIs into actionable architectures.
• Facilitate client workshops to capture current-state and design future-state roadmaps.
• Define target-state solutions including enterprise architecture and ERP modernization.
• Advise on ERP modernization including SAP within integrated landscapes.
• Design enterprise integration strategies using modern platforms and iPaaS.
• Assess and optimize core workflows such as OTC, PTP, Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Govern architecture decisions with ADRs and documented trade-offs.
• Develop multi-country transformation roadmaps aligned with regional deployment.
• Present strategic recommendations and blueprints to C-level stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales with strategic roadmaps and high-level architecture contributions.
