Qualifications

• Significant delivery experience leading large programs over 50 FTE.
• Proven track record in enterprise commerce or large-scale digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of microservices and cloud-native delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery from initiation through the full life cycle.
• Manage client relationships and expectations.
• Collaborate with nearshore and offshore teams for delivery plans.

Skills

Delivery experience leading large, complex programs

Experience with SAP Hybris or comparable platforms

Strong understanding of microservices architecture

Executive presence and negotiation skills

Fluent in agile delivery at scale
