Job summary

Aeronamic is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to own multi-disciplinary development projects for electric compressor systems in aerospace. You will lead requirements, validation, and certification efforts, coordinating mechanical, electrical, software and manufacturing teams while interfacing with customers and certification authorities.

Experience leading complex aerospace programmes and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

MSc in Aerospace Engineering or related discipline.
10+ years' experience in aerospace or highly regulated high-tech industries.
Proven leadership of multidisciplinary product development programmes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, hands-on mindset.
Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary product development programmes from concept through certification.
Own systems engineering activities from requirements through validation.
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, software and manufacturing disciplines.
Manage technical risks, planning and project execution.
Act as the technical interface towards customers, consortium partners and authorities.
Drive products towards certification and industrialisation.
