Job summary

Aeronamic Innovations is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the development of advanced electric compressor systems from concept to production readiness. You will collaborate with senior leadership to translate innovative ideas into certified aviation products.

The role includes leading the TePS program under the Aviation in Transition initiative, working with international partners, and influencing strategic development in a high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

• An MSc in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience within aerospace or another highly regulated high-tech industry.
• Demonstrable experience leading multidisciplinary product development programs.
• Strong expertise in Systems Engineering.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• An entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset.
• Excellent command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary product development programs.
• Be responsible for Systems Engineering activities, from requirements definition through validation.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing disciplines.
• Manage technical risks, schedules, and project execution.
• Act as the technical link to customers, consortium partners, and certification authorities.
• Drive products toward certification and industrialization.
• Help further build a rapidly growing high-tech organization.
