2B Policy is seeking a Senior Manager Policy & Compliance to help clients understand and operationalise sustainability legislation across the EU and other markets. You will translate complex legal texts into practical guidance, support leadership, and develop roadmaps for compliance within multidisciplinary teams.

Based in Amsterdam with a hybrid model, you will lead client accounts, draft policy briefings, and contribute to business development.

Competenze

• 6–8 years of experience in law, compliance or regulatory affairs.
• Experience implementing compliance approaches for sustainability or product regulation.
• Ability to interpret EU/global legislation and derive practical implications.
• Experience with agri-food or consumer goods sectors is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead client accounts and projects in collaboration with 2B Policy Directors.
• Translate legislative requirements into practical implementation strategies and SOPs.
• Develop readiness assessments, trainings and compliance documentation.
• Embed compliance management best practices across client organisations.
• Engage with senior leadership and support executive decision-making.
