Job summary
Roland Berger Amsterdam seeks a Senior Consultant to lead project modules, coach junior staff, and work with clients across diverse industries. You will develop data-driven recommendations and guide implementations for growth and performance improvements.
You will report to senior management and contribute to knowledge development while collaborating with experts, maintaining high-quality client service, and upholding Roland Berger's values.
Qualifications
- You have completed an academic university education (i.e. WO).
- You have > 3years of experience in strategy and/or management consulting or in similar roles.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to structure arguments clearly.
- Experience managing others and delegating work to junior team members.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and oral presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Take the lead for modules in larger projects and manage smaller projects.
- Coach and develop consultants in project teams.
- Collaborate with industry experts and contribute to knowledge development.
- Participate in office-wide projects to advance thinking in specific areas.
- Work with national and international clients across multiple industries.
