Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the STIBO STEP MDM platform.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and resolve recurring issues.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and data quality activities.
• Guide and mentor STIBO STEP developers and support engineers.
• Act as the technical SME for the MDM platform.
• Work with business and technical teams to diagnose complex master‑data issues.
• Support integrations between STIBO STEP and external systems.
• Monitor and resolve data pipeline and integration failures.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior STIBO STEP Engineer to join an Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) team responsible for maintaining and enhancing an enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) platform.

The successful candidate will provide hands‑on technical support, implement enhancements and fixes, troubleshoot production issues, and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the STIBO STEP platform. The role also involves guiding junior and mid‑level STIBO developers and support engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the STIBO STEP MDM platform.
• Develop and implement fixes, enhancements, workflows, and business rules.
