Job summary

Vention Technologies is seeking a proactive Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end product development from concept to production. You will orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams, manage stakeholders at various levels, and drive results with an agile mindset.

Responsibilities include owning timelines, budgets, and risks, mentoring junior PMs, and collaborating with clients and manufacturing partners to deliver high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ to 8+ years of technical project management experience.
• Experience delivering hardware/software integrations or complex embedded systems.
• Engineering/technical degree (HB0/WO).
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile/Scrum.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary hardware, software and IoT development from concept to production.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients, internal engineering and manufacturing partners.
• Own project timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation and budgets using agile methods and the Wockel platform.
• Mentor junior and mid-level PMs and engineers to foster high performance.
