Job summary

DeepHealth is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability of cloud components deployed at client sites, ensuring a scalable, resilient, and secure solution. You will provide technical leadership within the platform engineering practice and support the operational team.

You will define SLOs, implement observability, automate toil, lead incident response, and mentor engineers in SRE and platform practices to ensure high availability and performance for DeepHealth’s AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience in SRE or DevOps.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form.
• Strong knowledge of networking and security best practices.
• Experience with cloud environments (GCP or AWS).
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes and ecosystem (Istio, KEDA).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and IaC tools.
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the reliability, availability, and performance of cloud components deployed at client sites and of the DeepHealth solution.
• Define and monitor service level objectives (SLOs), error budgets, and key reliability metrics.
• Develop and implement automation tools to eliminate toil and streamline deployment, monitoring, and incident response operations.
• Design and maintain observability tooling (monitoring, logging, alerting, and tracing).
• Lead incident response and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Mentor and onboard engineers in SRE and platform engineering practices.
• Perform capacity planning and performance tuning to anticipate growth.
• Support deployment of software solutions at customer sites for optimal performance.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions and the operations team.
• Document infrastructure changes and maintain audit trails.
