Job summary

HelloPrint in Rotterdam is undergoing a transformation, and we are seeking a Production SRE and platform owner to take responsibility for reliability, observability, deployment safety, and AI runtime infrastructure. You will define SLOs, expand telemetry, drive canary deployments, manage FinOps, and build deterministic automation with Terraform and Google Cloud Run.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating and scaling high-traffic distributed production systems.
• Strong troubleshooting across Linux, containers, databases, and cloud networks.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets across critical services.
• Expand observability with Telemetry, Sentry, and Cloud Monitoring.
• Evolve CI/CD with canary deployments and SLO-driven rollbacks.
• Own AI runtime infrastructure and FinOps cost control.
• Drive cloud cost optimization and budget guardrails.
• Lead on-call incident response and blameless post-mortems.
• Ensure IaC with Terraform and secure environments.
• Develop internal tooling to improve developer experience.
