Job summary

HelloPrint in Rotterdam/Valencia is seeking an experienced Production SRE & Platform Engineer to own reliability and cloud runtime infrastructure across high-velocity microservices. You’ll drive SLOs, telemetry, and automated guardrails to enable fast, safe product delivery.

Qualifications

• Production SRE & Platform background with experience in large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong diagnostic skills across Linux, containers, databases and cloud boundaries.
• Hands-on with GCP, Cloud Run, and infrastructure automation using Terraform.
• Cost governance and FinOps mindset balancing performance, reliability, and budget.
• Targeted monitoring and tracing with Sentry and Google Cloud Monitoring integration.
• Automation and scripting in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript; Laravel ecosystem familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Define, track, and enforce SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets across core journeys.
• Expand Telemetry, Sentry + Google Cloud Monitoring distributed tracing and automated diagnostic tooling.
• Evolve CI/CD pipelines with canary deployments and SLO-driven rollbacks.
• Architect, monitor, and scale AI runtime infrastructure with FinOps controls.
• Drive FinOps practices across Google Cloud workloads and optimize resource usage.
• Lead on-call incident response and blameless post-mortems.
• Drive capacity forecasting, disaster recovery, and load testing.
• Own infrastructure as code using Terraform and strict IAM controls.
• Build internal tooling and runbooks to reduce firefighting.
