Job summary

HelloPrint in Rotterdam is seeking a hands-on engineer to build and ship production AI-driven features across a multi-engine platform. You will work directly with the founding team to tackle high-leverage problems with immediate commercial impact, shipping real systems rather than prototypes.

You will thrive on autonomy, ownership, and a bias toward delivering outcomes that move the business forward, all while working on-site in Rotterdam five days a week.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production experience, not just architecture or supervision.
• Commercial instinct that precedes technical execution.
• Track record of shipping production AI/software systems used by real users.
• Strong fluency in LLMs, agentic workflows, and modern AI infrastructure.
• Ability to reason about commercial impact beyond technical correctness.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship real production AI features inside HelloPrint's platform.
• Collaborate with the founding team to deliver high-leverage AI problems.
• Own impact measurement, iterate quickly, and move to the next challenge.
• Contribute to scalable, maintainable engineering practices in a fast-growth company.
