Job summary

Harnham in the Netherlands (Hybrid) is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to drive reliability, scalability, and performance of an AI-enabled platform, bridging infrastructure, automation, and AI operations.

You will design and maintain cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud, implement IaC with Terraform, build robust monitoring, and lead incident response to ensure high availability in production.

Qualifications

• Strong SRE/DevOps experience with cloud-based platforms.
• Expertise with Google Cloud.
• Proficiency with Terraform and IaC.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on monitoring and observability tooling.
• CI/CD and automation experience.
• Experience supporting production environments with high availability.
• Knowledge of AI infrastructure is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Improve platform availability, performance, and operational resilience.
• Develop monitoring, alerting, and observability capabilities.
• Automate infrastructure management and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support AI and machine learning platform operations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment and release processes.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis.
• Contribute to security, compliance, and best practices.
