Job summary

JOBGETHER partners with a Netherlands-based company to hire a Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake) focused on designing and optimizing Snowflake environments and customer data foundations powering CRM, personalization, and audience activation.

You will transform fragmented customer data into scalable foundations, build pipelines to Braze, Hightouch, CDPs, and other engagement tools, and collaborate across data, CRM, analytics, CDP, and marketing in a remote-first international environment.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Snowflake design, architecture, and optimization.
• Experience with CRM and customer engagement platforms.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills for scalable pipelines.
• Familiarity with identity resolution and customer profiles.
• Experience with CDPs like Braze, Hightouch, or Segments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Snowflake data models for engagement and activation.
• Develop customer-level data structures for personalization and lifecycle marketing.
• Translate requirements into robust Snowflake models and downstream schemas.
• Build pipelines that sync customer data with Braze, Hightouch, CDPs, and other platforms.
• Work on identity resolution, consent frameworks, event tracking, and profile unification.
• Support Customer 360 views and improve audience readiness across channels.
• Optimize Snowflake environments for performance, scalability, and cost.
• Establish data quality, governance, and privacy practices across data models.
• Collaborate with CRM, CDP, analytics, marketing, and engineering stakeholders.
• Help clients turn fragmented data into actionable insights and scalable strategies.
