Job summary

Life Science Client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager, Technology Transfer to lead complex Small Molecule tech transfer projects across global manufacturing sites.

You will drive end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution to ensure on-time delivery within GMP and regulatory standards, while collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or related field.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical technology transfer, manufacturing ops, or related areas.
• Experience with GMP requirements and regulatory documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of technology transfers.
• Coordinate activities across Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and external partners.
• Manage project timelines, risks, governance and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure transfers are delivered on time, with quality and regulatory compliance.

Job description

For one of our Life Science clients - we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager, Technology Transfer to lead complex Small Molecule pharmaceutical technology transfer projects across global manufacturing sites. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of technology transfers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and in compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.

Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will coordinate activities across Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Technical Operations, and external manufacturing partners. You will manage project timelines, risks, governance, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution to ensure successful transfer execution.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical technology transfer, manufacturing operations, product development, or technical operations.
• Strong knowledge of Small Molecule manufacturing processes and GMP requirements.
• Proven experience leading multiple complex projects in a global, matrix organization.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience with process validation, change control, deviation management, and regulatory documentation.
