Reporting to the VP Operations, the Sr. Site Operations Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end operational performance across a multi-functional manufacturing and service site, delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and financial results. In this role, you'll drive operational strategy, embed the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) across all site functions, and build a high-performance team culture rooted in continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to shape the operational foundation of a growing Veralto OpCo, with full P&L accountability and visibility across the entire site. You'll work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Service, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to translate strategic priorities into daily operational execution. Success in this role means achieving year-over-year improvements across all site KPIs, completing VES sustainment milestones, and developing a successor-ready organization within 18 months.
