Job summary

Haulotte NL is seeking an ambitious Future Service Manager to join the Benelux service organisation, working with the current Service Manager to develop a path toward the Service Manager position. You will take ownership of day-to-day service management and contribute to process improvements, coached by an international team.

You will participate in onboarding and skills development of technicians while collaborating with Sales, Parts and Technical Support to deliver service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in service management or team leadership in field service.
• Strong coordination and KPI tracking.
• Willingness to develop into Service Manager.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day service management: support daily management and coordination of the service organisation.
• Process improvement & cross-functional collaboration: work with Sales, Parts and Technical Support; participate in reporting and KPI tracking.
• Team development: coach and support the service team; onboarding and skills development of technicians.
