Job summary

HSO International is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end managed services across Dynamics 365 and related cloud platforms. You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and drive improvement across global projects within a large Microsoft ecosystem.

You will oversee DevOps support, manage SLAs and budgets, and guide release governance and deployment activities to ensure high customer satisfaction and stable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise managed services.
• Senior-level Service Delivery Management experience in complex customer environments.
• Proven ownership of multiple services across Dynamics 365 F&O, CE, Azure, integrations, and data.
• Proven Release & Change Management experience, including governance, CAB processes, and production deployment.
• Experience managing SLAs, budgets, service quality, customer satisfaction, and escalations.
• Fluency in English.

When Are We a Match?

You Have

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, including substantial experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise managed services.
• Senior-level Service Delivery Management experience in complex customer environments.
• Proven ownership of multiple services across Dynamics 365 F&O, CE, Azure, integrations, and data.
• Proven Release & Change Management experience, including release governance, CAB processes, and production deployment ownership.
• Experience managing SLAs, budgets, service quality, customer satisfaction, and escalations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions and modern service management practices.
• Experience working with international customers and distributed delivery teams.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to support service growth opportunities.
• Fluency in English.

Strong Advantages

• Experience transitioning projects into managed service operations.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 One Version Management.
• ITIL certification or experience working for a Microsoft Partner.
