You will partner with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to translate complex security requirements into actionable specs and user stories. A strong QA mindset and IAM expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in product management in B2B SaaS with a security focus.
• Strong knowledge of database security principles and best practices.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and their security implications.
• In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM).
• Certifications in security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+).
• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance processes and methodologies.
• Background in program management, including planning, execution, and risk management.
• Prior security engineering experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for security-focused features and products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver secure products.
• Translate security requirements into clear product specs and user stories.
• Prioritize backlog and trade-offs to maximize business value and customer satisfaction.
• Drive product launch activities including GTM strategy and sales enablement.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on data and feedback.
• Act as security subject matter expert within the organization.
